PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • August 2016–Present (QVC): Customer Services Representative in San Antonio, TX.
  • August 2014September 2016 (Kelly Services, Vitamix): Work at local venues representing Vitamix, demonstrating product for consumers.  Responsible for relationship with venues and customers, set up and tear down booth, stock booth, stock and report inventory before and after demo.
  • July 2013October 2013, April 2014May 2015 (Enterprise Consulting Solution): scan and transfer medical records for auditing purposes from different physician locations across the Rio Grande Valley.  This was a Monday through Friday position classified as temporary.
  • October 2013April 2014 (LeFleur Transportation): randomly audited drivers on their route to ensure that all paperwork and vehicles were up to company standards. My area covered Hidalgo and Nuecess counties.
  • JulyAugust 2013 (PMG Demo Company): worked nine weekends of beverage demos at different HEB grocers.
  • June 2013 (Lt. Blender): worked a four day demo at Costco in Pharr, TX.  The Costco Demo manager wrote a complimentary letter to the company about my service.
  • 20072012 (A+ Therapy):
    • 2008April 2012; Transportation Supervisor
      • Arranged and oversaw the transportation needs of patients that required assistance (this encompassed 90% of our patients)
      • Coordinated between our staff, Medicaid, and Le Fleur for Medicaid and Company paid transportation
